"I am a full time artist and went in today with my mother because I wanted more pens for my sketchbook. The pricing of the pens was a bit unclear (a 1.99 marker in a nearby area but nothing directly on them), so I asked the owner for clarification. He rudely snapped and told me to look up where there was a sign for 4.99. Okay, fine. I had four pens in my hand so I put two back knowing I'd need to spend more money for the pens I wanted, but still planning to buy them. He cut in front of me and crossed out the 1.99 sign, speaking to me like it was my first day on planet earth. I found my mom looking around in a different part of the store so I walked over to join her, still planning to buy the pens but then deciding against it because I've seen that specific pen cheaper. I have no problem supporting a small business's prices if I am treated with kindness, but I had a bad taste in my mouth, so I put the pens back and then joined my mom while she finished looking around. I felt uncomfortable, so I told my mom I wanted to leave and she said to go ahead. As I was leaving the store, the owner accused me of stealing the pens. I said no, I had put them back and pointed to their spot where I had put them. He refused to believe me and started screaming at me and my mom, so I opened my bag to show him I didn't have the pens. He began approaching me at this point, and I felt extremely uncomfortable being accused of something I hadn't done. I told him that he was rude and I was not buying anything, then promptly exited the store. Absolutely never going here again. There's other small art stores in the Hudson Valley to support with much kinder owners, like the one in new paltz or the one in newburgh. Go there instead, heck, even go to michaels or blick. Don't go here."

"Great art store available in town. Saving you a trip to Michaels or any other brand name store. Support local business right in the Town of Warwick. Prices are reasonable considering it’s art supplies which are not cheap anyways. the store was on the Main Street but is now located in this small shopping center. Owners are friendly and nice."
